“We are very pleased with this press release from Vestland County Council,” says Knut Pedersen, Chairman and Founder of RoadCap AS.

“We have had a very good cooperation with Vestland Fk over time and hope this will be a breakthrough for our RoadCap concept for a more effective method of road safety on Norwegian roads,” adds Pedersen.

The concept is designed for the drop energy applicable on the relevant stretch from 650 kJ to 5000 kJ with a safety factor of 1.20. Roadcap is now in the process of planning and preparing for the pilot at Liaro Tunnel Fv49, Samnanger Municipality.
