Facilities for a better climate

Norconsult, Multiconsult and VIA will host a panel discussion on 17 August at 16:30 in the Communication Tent.

How should we transition from “more road for money” to “better and greener infrastructure for money”?

The construction industry today contributes to large greenhouse gas emissions. In NTP, one of five main objectives is to reduce emissions in line with the transition towards a low-emission society.

To date, it has proved difficult to bring green solutions to the market. There are several obstacles in the current system that hamper green transformation of the industry.

But how to get from words to actions? We take the debate on who has to do what in order for the construction sector to be able to meet the obligations of the Paris Agreement.
