Arild Mathisen and Vegard Knotten were part of research project — Contract Strategies and Specialist-based Interaction, which examined how contracts and cooperation can increase value creation in the construction sector. Early involvement of contractor in the design process was a key issue. Both have extensive experience in project management and development, and will share experiences and thoughts on how contract forms, organisation and collaboration can contribute to more sustainable projects.
