Join us and design the solutions of the future through our pilot project, Samskapingssalong.
Time: November 28, 10am-4pm
Place: Tou Scene
Organizers: Multiconsult, Solar Energy Cluster and VIA
Collaboration across the value chain and early stage efforts are key to solving today's challenges and responding to tomorrow's needs.
But what does interdisciplinary collaboration look like in the early stages?
Together with the Solar Energy Cluster and Multiconsult, VIA invites you to Samskapingssalong on November 28 from 10:00 to 16:00, at Tou Scene in Stavanger. After a series of inspirational posts on innovation thinking and design drivers, we will work together to create an implementation model for collaboration across value chains at an early stage. Because what does collaboration really look like when we all begin to redefine our role in project development?
We will address a concrete case at the intersection of infrastructure and power generation, and we welcome all of you who can help create tomorrow's cooperation models to join us. The concept chosen for this day is the potential for solar power in transport.
- Welcome, V/Marie Koch Singelstad - VIA
- Frameworks for the solar energy cluster and transport, V/Trine Kopstad - Solar energy cluster
- The salon hosts introduce the program of the day and present the concept of the salon:
· What exactly is co-creation, and why is it important?
· How can we use value creation as a design driver and get away from “just” being problem crushers?
· Who must contribute to co-creation and what does it mean for our traditional understanding of role?
- Presentation of the case, V/Ronny Fiuren - Forus Næringspark
- The salon hosts present the three main tasks of the day.
In this volume, we look at the type of solar power along infrastructure that may have been relevant to the selected case. First there will be an inspirational post, then a workshop where we will work on two working questions:
1. Which of the three concepts solar in noise/fuse screen, sun on the ground and sun in superstructure Which is best suited for the case at Forus?
2. What technical risks are associated with each of the concepts?
In this volume, we look at the business model of solar power along infrastructure. After an inspirational post, we will work on one working question:
1. What does the business model for the case look like?
In this volume, we look at the regulatory barriers in the current situation and what changes can be proposed in the regulations around solar power in infrastructure to realize the value creation potential that has been discussed in the first two volumes. First there is an inspiration post, then workshop where we work on two working questions:
1. How can the case at Forus be rigged, so that the regulatory process is as smooth as possible, i.e. not to seek an exemption from the current planning system?
2. How should the regulatory process be changed to stimulate more solar power plants along infrastructure?
This volume is preceded by a compilation of the work of the groups in the three thematic volumes. The presentation is followed by an open discussion, the purpose of which is to create a priority list of actions that need to be carried out to make solar power along infrastructure a value-added measure in the energy transition.
The lounge is moved to Cafe Øst, where the lounge discussion can be continued with something good in the glass.
*Changes to the program may occur.
By 2030, 82% of annual greenhouse gas reductions will come from adopting existing technologies. In other words, many of tomorrow's solutions are already available today as unredeemed potential, and it takes one more system change to crack the code of green transformation.
By rethinking traditional design processes, we want to really unleash this potential. Through interdisciplinary discussions and exploration of alternative solutions, we will seek to create a concept development process that puts the value of the final product in the driver's seat. This could be an opportunity to change the industry culture and shape the society of tomorrow.
Co-creation Salon is an exciting pilot project where you get the opportunity to think big and train yourself in value-based work with the aim of helping to shape tomorrow's infrastructure.
The individual organization's participation will be made visible in a final report.
In addition to an academically interesting day, the program gives participants a taste of innovation management.
The salon will consist of structured discussions and group work, led by experienced process managers from Multiconsult. We will also have professional presentations.
The concept chosen for this day is the potential for solar power in transport.
Co-creation salon is a good arena for networking. This allows participants to continue the discussion and think both big and loud.
We want a multidisciplinary group to ensure that important subjects help set the premises for the project. We therefore recommend that the resources involved are both professionally and personally engaged.
